EMStowing.ca strives to provide 24/7 service, but we do not guarantee availability at all times regarding specific location or weather conditions. Estimated arrival times are projections, not guarantees.

3. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages that may occur to your vehicle during the towing process beyond standard professional care and insurance coverage required by law.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and cash.
